1.Who we are

IFRS Buddy is operated by Buddies Platform LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). For any privacy-related enquiries, contact us at [email protected].

2.Data we collect

Account data. When you sign in via magic link, we collect your email address. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or addresses.

Conversation data. The questions you submit and the AI-generated responses are stored in our database to provide conversation history. You can delete any conversation at any time.

Usage data. We log the number of queries made, AI model used, token count, and response time. This data is used to enforce subscription limits and monitor service quality.

Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store your card details.

Files and images. Any files or images you attach to a query are processed in memory to generate a response and are never written to disk or stored.

3.How we use your data

  • –To send transactional emails (magic links, billing confirmations)
  • –To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve response quality

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

4.Third-party processors

Anthropic. Your queries are transmitted to Anthropic (Claude) to generate responses. This provider processes data under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement. We do not send personally identifying information alongside queries.

Stripe. Payment processing and subscription management. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Infrastructure. Our servers are located in Europe. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

5.Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We store your authentication token in browser localStorage to keep you signed in. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts are loaded on this site.

6.Data retention

  • –Account and conversation data: retained until you delete your account
  • –Usage logs: retained for 12 months
  • –Billing records: retained for 7 years as required by applicable law

7.Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and the Swiss nFADP), you may have the right to:

  • –Request correction of inaccurate data
  • –Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • –Export your conversation history
  • –Object to or restrict certain processing
