1.Acceptance

By accessing or using IFRS Buddy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Buddies Platform LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2.Description of service

IFRS Buddy is an AI-powered assistant that answers questions about International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), IAS, and IFRIC interpretations. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3.Not professional advice

The responses generated by IFRS Buddy are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice and must not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional (accountant, auditor, IFRS specialist, or legal counsel) before making any accounting, financial, or business decisions.

IFRS Buddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by IASB, IFRS Foundation, IAASB, or any other standards-setting or regulatory body.

4.Accounts and subscriptions

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Prices are listed on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

–Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
–Use automated scripts or bots to send queries in bulk
–Submit queries containing confidential client data, personally identifiable information of third parties, or material subject to legal privilege
–Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
–Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6.Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the questions you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your queries solely to provide the Service. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal or internal business use; you may not resell or publish them as your own original work.

7.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buddies Platform LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI models can make errors. We do not warrant that responses are complete, current, or free from mistakes.

9.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
